Years ago, the most heartbreaking decision I'd ever made was because I didn't feel good or capable enough. Overthinking what could go wrong, overwhelmed with what others said I was lacking or should have, and stressed TF out about what wasn't realistic.
I'd learn later that much of the regret, sadness, anger and frustration we can feel, is because we keep trying to meet someone else's standards and expectations - living out their dream life. I found that when we commit to believing in ourselves no matter what, we hone into how we actually want to show up, enjoy life and stop holding back.
Life feels easier. You can say yes to changing careers, starting a passion based business, and having the time freedom to say, "hello spontaneous birthday in Paris!" Well that's what I did☺️ What I know now, I wished I knew sooner!

“Prior to coaching I wasn’t the type of person to share my emotions. I’d gone to a doctor for my trouble sleeping, waking up through the night - it came down to stress and overthinking. I struggled with not being able to share my opinions or thoughts, focusing on all the what if’s and worst scenarios instead of trying.
