For many years I told myself things like, "if only I was pretty or smart like she is then that's when I could do that... be ready... succeed.
I've had countless broken moments, crying on the floor, feeling bad I wasn't good enough, wishing I was someone else to have all the things I dreamt of. In the most heartbreaking decision I'd ever made was based on fear and things I didn't actually agree with or believe - outside standards of what's not realistic, unless, compared to, only when you have... and caught up in what others believed I should be.
In the recovering months of anger and upset that followed, I remembered who I was and how far I'd already come. I decided never again - what's important to me matters and I'll do whatever feels right and good even if it doesn't make sense to anyone else.
This allowed all the right things to fall into place, giving me direction and transformed everything!

“Prior to coaching I wasn’t the type of person to share my emotions. I’d gone to a doctor for my trouble sleeping, waking up through the night - it came down to stress and overthinking. I struggled with not being able to share my opinions or thoughts, focusing on all the what if’s and worst scenarios instead of trying. I’d never done any kind of coaching before and I wanted to be open with my emotions and believe in myself more.
Working with Julie I learnt a lot about myself, who I am, telling her things I’ve never told anyone else. It was nice to have someone listen, when I’m always the listener. Before these sessions I’d started my YouTube channel, but there were so many gaps.
